CARIBBEAN COAST / EARLY STARTS

TRAINING NOTES

Plan for the place you're in.

Cartagena's heat makes the timing of a session matter. Start early, carry water and check weather, traffic and access before choosing a route. Confirm swimming conditions and permitted areas locally; avoid treating any route as a guaranteed closed or supported course.

For diving, work with a certified local operator. TREC shares ideas and accommodation; it does not operate dives or sell training packages.
